Le Bec Consulting was founded on a simple premise, all you need to be great is within, now make it happen. This was the same principal that owner Brandon E. Chrostowski founded EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute upon.  At first it was considered impossible and has now become a nationally recognized model for reducing the return to prison. After creating this  dynamic model of a restaurant and school but expanding it with housing and a campus as well as in multiple prisons a question arose.  How can more communities, businesses and individuals fulfill their potential? The answer is within.

When building strong cultures in business or communities the solution needs to be built from the inside out.
